Barker Educational Services Team, LLC (BEST) was founded in 2006 by Bob Barker, former Senior Executive Vice President for the Apollo Group, Inc. He recognized the opportunity to help the under-served market of traditional colleges and universities increase enrollments for non-traditional students and programs.
BEST works hand-in-hand with the Admissions Departments at educational institutions to help them market and increase enrollments for their online and on-campus programs. We choose to work for not-for-profit schools and believe that enrollment should be permission based. Taking care of students and client colleges is our primary responsibility.
Trained BEST Advisors help working men and women earn undergraduate and graduate degrees online by helping them develop educational plans to meet their personal and professional needs. They work with each candidate individually to find the right program and school to meet his/her requirements and then guide candidates through the admissions and financial aid process to ensure that each student is fully prepared to start classes. Student Services Advisors work with the college and the student to ensure the continuing success of students from the first day of school through graduation.
